Marie Liu is a Beijing-born, Mandarin–English bilingual actor trained in the United States. She completed a one-year Drama Intensive program at UNCSA and is currently pursuing a BFA in Acting for Film at Pace University, with training focused on on-camera performance, scene study, and character development.

Her experience includes roles in Chinese domestic theatrical-release films, as well as stage work during high school and student short films throughout college. Working across film and stage, as well as different cultural contexts, has informed her adaptable and grounded approach to storytelling.

Outside of acting, she enjoys painting and photography, which continue to shape her artistic perspective and observation.
